Mrs. Ama Pokuah Asenso Adu-Dartey serves as the Head of Human Resources (HR) and Administration with the Forum for Agricultural Research in Africa (FARA). She has over 15 years experience in Corporate Governance, Human Resource Management and Development and Project operations.

She is currently studying Law with the University of Law, United Kingdom. She is a Chartered HR (CIHRMP), she holds Executive master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Ghana, a BSc in Human Resources Management and a post-graduate diploma in Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, with several other corporate training.

She is a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and a Chartered Member of CIHRMP. Some of her key skills are in the following areas:
