Erin McGuire is the Director for the Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Horticulture, based at the University of California, Davis. She holds a PhD in Geography from UC Davis, where she focused on Agricultural Innovation Systems, a master's degree in International Agricultural Development from UC Davis and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the College of Santa Fe.

He holds a PhD in Agricultural Sciences from Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, where he focused on Knowledge Transmission in Agricultural Innovation Systems, a master's degree in Integrated Soil Fertility Management from Kenyatta University, and a bachelor's degree in Agriculture from the University of Rwanda.
