Horticulture Innovation Lab research focuses on nutrient-dense fruits and vegetables, with a focus on understanding whether and how nutrition-sensitive agricultural interventions affect household nutrition. Improving dietary diversity by increasing access to fruits and vegetables is an important goal for the program.
