Description

This handout is a 2014 update from the project "Delivering Vegetable Safety Education through Established Social Networks in Latin America." The principal investigator for this project is Jeffrey LeJeune of The Ohio State University. The document highlights food safety education, food safety impacts, reducing risks, and how social networks can help.

This document was shared at the Horticulture Innovation Lab 2014 Annual Meeting, which took place March 17-21, 2014 in Hotel Real Intercontinental, Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

LeJeune was unable to participate in the event, but we are providing his files for reference.
