This poster titled "Solar drying horticultural crops in Bangladesh", is about using the chimney solar dryer in Bangladesh to dry horticultural crops and was presented by Amrita Mukherjee of the Horticulture Innovation Lab at the 6th Solar Cookers International World Conference on January 16th, 2017. This poster includes the strategies, first steps, and issues involved with constructing chimney solar driers in Southern Bangladesh. Crops dried with the chimney solar drier were dried faster and had better appearance than open sun drying.
