Celia Odila Trejo Ramos is the Head of the Department of Agriculture Science and Production and Associate Professor of Beef Cattle at Zamorano Pan-American Agricultural School.

Born in Honduras and based in El Zamorano, Honduras, Celia holds a PhD and Master of Science in Animal Sciences from the University of Illinois and an Agriculture Science and Production bachelor’s degree from Zamorano Pan-American Agricultural School. She has more than 15 years of experience in the academic and extension sector in issues related to national and international livestock production. Her areas of research and extension are cattle nutrition and feeding and regenerative livestock production.
