Mr. Vega Prado is a professional with 18+ years of experience in the Central American region managing international cooperation funds and providing technical assistance to public, financial, academic, and private sector entities in the areas of policies, regulations, quality standards, environment, energy, and public private partnership in sectors such as agriculture, livestock, agroindustry, manufacturing, services, and infrastructure. He also has experience as a university professor (undergraduate and post-graduate) and trainer, as well as substantive experience in project management including financial and monitoring and evaluation.

Mr. Vega Prado hold a B.S. in Environmental and Socioeconomic Development, M.Sc. in Environmental Management and M.Sc. in Renewable Energy Management.
