The Horticulture Innovation Lab awarded a $2,000 (USD) Trellis Fund grant to the Center for Agricultural Research and Development (CARD‐Nepal).

CARD‐Nepal will lead a 6-month project focused on integrating plant nutrient and pest management practices for smallholder farmers in Nepal.

As part of the Trellis Fund process, the CARD‐Nepal team will also work with a U.S. graduate student, selected to provide additional agricultural expertise to achieve the project goals.
