The focus of this presentation is updates from the Horticulture Innovation Lab for 2014 and was delivered by Elizabeth Mitcham, director of the Horticulture Innovation Lab.

This presentation discusses achievements from 2010 to 2014, updates on new principal investigators, Round 3 of the Trellis Fund, and new monitoring and evaluation activities. It also announces the new name of the Horticulture Innovation Lab (previously called Horticulture Collaborative Research Support Program, or Horticulture CRSP), as well as a new logo block. The presentation discusses the completion of a horticulture assessment conducted in Guatemala and Honduras, as well as highlights and recommendations from a successful review of the first five years of the Horticulture Innovation Lab completed by USAID. The presentation also highlights awards given to Horticulture Innovation Lab affiliated individuals from the Management Entity and International Advisory Board. It closes with an announcement that the Horticulture Innovation Lab will sponsor two workshops at the International Horticultural Congress in Brisbane in 2014.
