  • University of California, Davis (lead), North Carolina State University, University of Florida, University of Hawaii, Manoa

  • 5 year initial award + 5 year extension

  • Focused on the entire value chain:  Seed systems, Variety Evaluation,  Production, Post-harvest, and Marketing
